IMAGINE DOWNTOWN NEW YORK CITY BEING TRANSPLANTED into southern Cal. It might happen,figuratively,in a slow-but-sure way. There's no more room to build out,so now they're building UP. This means more people,more traffic,more lines,more congestion,etc etc etc. It also means less of a skyline view,unless you like looking at tall buildings. We MUST say NO to over-development of L.A.!
