Re Latino family at McDonald's in Santa Nella California

I watched a large Latino family come into McDonald's and they ordered all the most expensive items on the menu including these expensive specialty drinks (that cost 2 or $3 sometimes even 4) their kids and they didn't pay cash of course . that's all paid for by the state . they get public assistance. food stamps and they get "hot meals benefits" . some food stamps recipients don't get hot meals . They can only use their food stamps in grocery stores to buy unprepared food. The poorest of the poor get hot meals & they can pay for anything using their food stamp cards @ fast food restaurants, and so they just Splurge & buy the most expensive things. The problem is that the hot meal benefits were intended for those who are really needy and can't even prepare their own food , but others are taking advantage of it and just using it for greedy reasons. Meanwhile I'm just agonizing over buying a $1.40 small cup of coffee, asking myself do I really need this? Is it really stewardly? can I get by without it? Furthermore those expensive specially drinks that are very unhealthy for the kids they're just full of sugar..
